How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the shine, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Moon Magic pieces come with a 6-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
